We process limited operational data to provide and secure the service. See our Data Processing terms upon request.

4. Service Levels

We target 99.95% uptime unless otherwise agreed. Credits are your sole remedy for SLA breaches.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
